All Juniors please turn in your State Mandated Physical to the health office to update your health records, as soon as possible.
Get ahead of the game!
All Juniors please send in a copy of your second MCV4 (Meningococcal) immunization. All immunizations need to be turned into the health office by the first day of your senior year.
