Time for a check up!!

Pleasant Valley high school will be offering free physical and dental visits to our students.

 

Physicals will be taking place at the Pleasant Valley High School on November 8th during school hours. 

Smile Mobile Dentist will being visiting Pleasant Valley High School on December 5th during school hours. 

If you would like your child seen for a physical or dental work please fill out the permission form and return it to the school nurse.
