 Mandatory Physicals

A healthy student is a student ready to learn!

The Doctor is in!!

If you have not turned in your mandatory 11th grade physical, the school physician will be visiting Pleasant Valley High School on April 15th, during school hours. If you would like your student to have a free physical on that date please reach out to the high school nursing office for the permission form. This will be the only date the physician will be at the school during this school year.
